This is the most useful app ever!! Everybody should get this.

Thus is a great App. Its useful and properly referenced. I highly recommend for professionals who want to enhance their practice and our it on a more evidence-based footing.

Some bad moments

This app is a large, easily searchable repository of likelihood ratios. It has been indispensable when ordering/interpreting tests for patients. I highly recommend it.

Not every disease is amenable to objective testing or known probabilities, but those that are should have the best information at hand. This app is a carefully curated collection of solid medical evidence. The technology to bring the best evidence and simple accurate calculations right to the bedside is finally here.
